Share your thoughts: Survey of all Modeshift STARS system users

Modeshift are conducting a survey of all Modeshift STARS system users to gather feedback as we prepare plans for system developments and enhancements over the coming months. We are planning significant investments in the system in 2025/26 so your feedback is vital in determining how best to direct resources. By completing this survey, you’ll be helping to shape the future of the Modeshift STARS schemes.

The survey has 22 questions and should take approximately 5-minutes to complete. We’re gathering your feedback on the following key areas:

• Your use of Modeshift STARS
• User experience and satisfaction
• Usability and navigation
• Functionality and performance
• Support and resources
• General feedback

Your answers are anonymous, and we will report back on survey findings via the Modeshift STARS website, newsletter and Master Classes. The survey will close on Thursday 17 April.
